I gave in and paid out the ass for one around Thanksgiving from a private seller, but the guy did me right. Ya just can't find 'em anywhere, and I recall when they were very available and not expensive a few years ago. Oh well....

Back in stock at Midway

I got my P&S M5 RAS in from TAC and it is excellent. It was NIB, and I have to say, the finish and machining was better than on my KAC example. It also came with full rail panels and the vert grip.

It looks like a standard M5 mil-pack, but going by the picture on TAC's site, it seems to be missing a 4-Rib Handguard Panel & a 4th, 11-Rib Handguard Panel?

Every standard KAC M5 Mil-pack I've ever seen has contained:

1 - M5 RAS Upper Assy
1 - M5 RAS Lower Assy
1 - Forward Pistol Grip
4 - 11-Rib Handguard Panel
2 - 9-Rib Handguard Panel
1 - 6-Rib Handguard Panel
2 - 5-Rib Handguard Panel
1 - 4=Rib Handguard Panel
1 - Rail Panel Carrying Case
1 - Barrel Stop f/M203 Mount

Maybe P&S changed the contents of their M5 kits?
Guess I'll soon find out since I just purchased one of these M5 kits myself. Either way, I'm not really bothered by it as it's still a fantastic price for what all it does contain, and I'm fairly confident that the missing P&S panels can still be found somewhere out there. At least with this purchase, I'll finally be able to complete that 12th M16A4 clone.
Also, not sure if this issue has since been corrected, but something to keep in mind about the P&S Barrel Stop f/M203 mount is that many times, you will likely have to use a jeweler's file to slightly file down the outer corner edges of the piece in order for it to fit, as they are usually ever so slightly too large to fully seat flush inside most triangular end caps.
