I like TBA, but I can say that I am not impressed with this move. A more honest way to sell them would have been to list them with, and a separate listing for those without hardware.
Selling them both at the same price and knowing plenty of people won't notice the part about missing hardware, that is the sort of move that gets people thinking you run a shady shop. Those guys are above that, or at least I thought they were.

I've had good dealings with them in the past, but I'm glad i'm not hurting for an RAS right now. I believe they are capable of better.
