It is priced at $30 *shipped* (CONUS only) 65 inch-lbs limiter and ratcheting driver for anything needing 65 inch lbs of torque. Comes as shown, including torque limiter, ratcheting driver, and instructions. I only used this item a couple times on scope mount and scope ring bolts, and it is in like new condition.
