    Chinese police have clashed with thousands protesting the country's draconian COVID lockdowns - as unprecedented civil unrest gripped the nation.

    Demonstrations erupted in at least seven cities - including Shanghai, Nanjing and Guangzhou - with violence breaking out between local cops and furious protesters.

    The largest demonstration appeared in Shanghai - home to 26million residents - with many boldly demanding President Xi Jinping resign.
    Looks like things are growing spicy in Chinamart.

    So what’s the odds Xi starts squishing his people with tanks?

    It would be interesting if the Covid restrictions are what brought them down then. I know the explanation that they are using the Covid management as a way to say they are superior to the west, but I never understood that. For a country that has an old people problem, I disease that preferentially kills old people is a solution to them, not a problem.
    The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

    It's that simple.
