Apparently this judge believes the ATF doesn’t have the power to reinterpret the definition of “firearm” to meet their desires.

Even better is this judge made his decision not on a 2A basis but rather the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), which governs how much latitude federal agencies have when interpreting and enforcing federal laws.

As long as you're in before 5/31 when the rule takes effect, as I understand it. I'm not a lawyer and I didn't sleep at a Holiday Inn last night though.

The ONLY reason I went Life, at the cheapest possible option I might note, is so that Wayne and his minions can't deprive me of a ballot by "losing" my dues payment every five years as they're reported to have done to dissident members on Annual. Between that, range membership requirements and at one time I was looking into pursuing Instructor credentials... that got swiftly canned when I saw that the Instructors are even more milked and bilked as cash cows than the regular membership.
