Single point sling recs for push/pull method

With current law, some will be going to a tube on their AR pistols/PDWs. Making the best of that, would seem using push/pull with a sling. Below is LAV demonstrating that, and recommending BF 221 sling for that. Anyone use such a method? Tips/recs? That sling GTG?

I use the Vickers SMG sling. It’s a great sling and a serviceable method.

With your cheek on the tube what is wrong with a two-point sling?

I used singe point vid examples for "reason." LAV uses the strap itself for quasi cheek position.

But you referred to "going to a tube" in your opening; if you have that why try to use a less stable strap, and if you don't why reference it?

Those guns Vickers is shooting do not have a buffer tube like an AR.

Mounting and shooting an AR with just a buffer tube is almost the same as with a stock. The cheek weld is identical to the cheek weld if the stock was there.

Years ago, when I was rocking a 10.5" Sig 556P, I used a 3 point sling that worked very well with the push method. The advantage is that it can be used as a 2 point for carrying, but also works as single point if desired, by pulling the adjuster back. I don't remember the brand as it's been a few years, but I imagine any good quality 3 point would do the trick.

What if you don't want a 7" tube sticking out the back and use something like:
