This crap is going on everywhere. In my area many local news stories on violent crime have a laundry list of priors by the perp. Shit that SHOULD have had the A-hole locked up, but no he was out running the streets to run up the score.

Ain't like I live in a liberal enclave.

One reason I like our states mail in voting. Gives me time to research folks like judges that are seeking election or retention.
