That's exactly what i was thinking. You could have 2 Brens with ammo for the price of the SCAR. And FN should have made it in 300BLK with that barrel length

    Yeah, no need for me.

Well I guess bonded 5.56 might work from a barrel this short:

Arms Unlimited has the SCAR-SC on their website.

Does anyone know if this is a real factory SBR or if it's something that Arms Unlimited put together? They've been known to put things together, but they also are known for getting unique stuff.

Still struggle to justify pricing over the $1,250 8” Bren 2. It looks like the cheapest 15P to go on Gunbroker was $2,300.

There's a $200 rebate on it now. I went ahead and bought one from Defense Depot. After the rebate and transfer, it will be under $2,500. It will be pretty worthless as a pistol, but I'll SBR it.

Where you all finding stocks for these pistols? I bought one of the 6.5 DMR guns and hate the SSR stock. Cant find a factory UGG boot to save my life!

Any stock that will attach to the vertical rail can be used. I want the factory stock, but it has limited availability. It seems like FN doesn't like money. Arms Unlimited had it in stock at one point.

Yeah, I want the original UGG boot. Virtually impossible to find now, whereas four years ago they were everywhere for $200-$300.
