Thank you for the first hand account. I am looking for my first LPVO, and want to buy one that’s not made in a country with concentration camps.
I’m fortunate to have access to solid discounts on Steiner products. Between the P4Xi and the T6Xi (for $480 more) what would you recommend. Would be on a General Purpose AR for 0-500 yards.

Just what I need another great option to consider right when I had my pick narrowed down to 2 or 3.

Actually I've been waiting to check one of these out, Jon Dufresne was telling me about it when he was checking out my K16i and I was checking out his Razor Gen III 1-10x over this past summer. Thanks for the nice first hand review, it sounds top notch.

Its interesting you say that - the Steiner is twice the price and it seems rare that the higher end scope price increase is 1:1 with performance.

I have read enough of your posts to trust it is true with the Steiner.

I also appreciate your input regarding the FFP reticle on the 1-6 optic.

I don't have either scope but can assure you the T6Xi is easily worth the extra $480.

Shooting it, how does it compare to the Kahles 1-6x?

I like it better than the Khales 1-6. The recital is better and the illumination makes it faster to see.

No it does not. I am not a fan of exposed turrets on a 1-6, but that is something I can live with.

Why not a 1x8 or 10? The Vortex Razor 1x10 is only a couple hundred more and only 1oz heavier. Are there any downsides to more magnification?
