    Yes, but it only took them a year to arrive at the correct conclusion. I get that it's probably due to the TX Grand Jury system, but that's a long time to be swinging in the breeze.

    Yep and walk straight to lawyer. Two reasons…not waiting around for the friends & family plan and deprives the cops from throwing your face in asphalt followed by a knee on the neck.
