Now Biden wants your gas stove

Might not get that pistol brace ban, can't reclassify a 80% lower as a firearm, even bump fire stocks might come back but what the hell let's just ban 40% of the stoves in American kitchens.

Biden administration weighs nationwide ban on gas stoves

Millions of Americans may soon be entering “not stove season.“

The Biden administration is considering a nationwide ban on gas stoves — citing the harmful pollutants released by the appliances, according to a report.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission is mulling the action after recent studies showed emissions from the devices can cause health and respiratory problems, Bloomberg reported Monday.

“This is a hidden hazard,” CPSC Commissioner Richard Trumka Jr., told the outlet. “Any option is on the table. Products that can’t be made safe can be banned.”
“The Trump Doctrine is ‘We’re America, Bitch.’ That’s the Trump Doctrine.”

"He is free to evade reality, he is free to unfocus his mind and stumble blindly down any road he pleases, but not free to avoid the abyss he refuses to see."

This regime is just ****ing stupid, ok, 40% of the stoves in america dont even count for the kitchens and such in a restaurant or a cafeteria like what I work at.
Everything is gas, every couple weeks they change out the rail cars providing fuel to the plant thats used everywhere from the cooling the freezers to the water getting hot.
Heat, fryers, flat tops, ovens, these people are so disconnected it has to be all to a plan because no one can really be this ****ing stupid.

And im a high school drop out.

These people are MORONS! Don't they know where electricity comes from?

I have a couple lines in the sand.. one of which is my Viking range. They can F' right off if they think I'm going to cook with electric. Ironically the majority of electricity produced where I live is generated with gas.

Funny, I used to believe that too.

"How stupid can they be?" is not a question I'm willing to ask any more.
It keeps getting worse and the well seems bottomless.

My grandfather used to say, "Never ask that question. They seem to be taking it as a challenge". He had to quit school in 7th grade and go to work to support the family.

He taught himself geometry, trig and calculus and was the wisest man I've ever known.

~Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.

Let's not forget it was Bush (43) that mandated all the energy efficient washing machine and dryers that resulted in all those shitty front loaders that mostly grow mold and top loaders where you have no control over the actual water level.

This is just more of the same. People are literally keeping their 30 year old "preban" washing machines in repair because the new ones suck ass so hard.

There are no new gas connections to buildings in NYC, and I believe the same in California. In Cali you basically can not have a fire place in any new built home.

I actually have an all electric overnight/cook top. Induction cook top is the way to go- fast to heat and controllable. The electric oven does fine with all kinds of modes. Bosch system. I never would have expected that when we bought the house. Induction is a world different than those glowing coil electric ovens. The BEST way to make scrambled eggs and to boil water for pasta.

Now that said, it makes no sense to ban gas ovens. This is just another attack on oil/gas. Here in CO they are thinking of banning natural gas utilities to new houses. You can’t have a gas stove if you don’t have a gas line. Now an electric stove is an alternative to a gas one, but when you get -10F here in the winter- I don’t see electric heaters keeping up- or the grid keeping up.
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

    It's that simple.
