WV vs EPA is a supreme court decision. It has direct application to the ATF and the brace ban

This deserves half the respect that California is currently giving to ICE, or that half a dozen states are giving to the federal prohibition of marijuana.

Of course that doesn't mean they won't murder a bunch of harmless dogs while trying to enforce this not-a-law.

I live in a very rural area but the only time they will enforce this is if you use your pistol in a self defence senerio.

Back to topic, did anyone else pick up a couple cheap lowers expecting this eventuality?
I’m always picking up, stray lowers, but why specifically in relation of this discussion?
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

    It's that simple.

    Free SBR stamps.
What if this whole crusade's a charade?
And behind it all there's a price to be paid

Curious, what does this have to do with arm braces?

    “free”

it’s a ****ing trap, don’t fall for this shit. The amount of people excited to register to grab a free stamp ****ing disgusts me. Yeah let’s all just give in to save a couple hundred, like they’ll give up here and not pursue more in the future.

Bunch of morons all too happy to be duped into adding a few million to a registry.

Mass non compliance is the answer.

I never got into pistol braces or sub 16” bbl’s because I don’t enjoy excessive muzzle blast, but those of you who have them…. ignore this dumb shit.
