The murderers and accomplices at Ruby Ridge and Waco were never charged. These thugs likely won't be charged either.
~Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.

    On that I would agree.

Instead of creating a tactical team, how about you spend that cash on TRAINING for key officers who can function as special responders.
They’re going to be spending cash on the claim when he sues them and ****s them harder than they did him.

I hope the Cops who shot him get thrown into a dark hole, never to see the light of day again.
I know right? Everytime there is clearly a bad shoot the same people come out of the woodwork and say "well he should have had his hands way up in the air palms open when they face the cops". Do these people realize civies woken up the middle of night with flashlights pointed at them and loud noises get confused and scared? I hate conservatives almost as much as I hate liberals these days.

This right here, cops are human yes, so are our troops yet they dont light up every Iraqi civilian they see holding an AK, somehow they can understand the 1 AK per household rule vs in CONUS where this thing called 2nd amendment yet everyone with a gun gets lit up immediately.

Damn right. And I especially agree about conservatives. Half of them are f-in retarded.
    EXCELLENT post.

So I'm probably one of those you are talking about, but seriously understand my only point is "don't get shot by the cops." I'm not trying to criticize those who get shot, I'm not trying to excuse the shooters...I'm just stressing the things that contribute to cops pulling the trigger.

I wish he had a clearer head before hitting the door and just put the damn robot on the floor, maybe he'd have still been shot...maybe not.

Lots of people want to meet the cops at the door with their phone in their hand, thinking they are recording for their own protection. That gets a lot of people shot. Ironically this guy had a better setup to record everything, I only wish he had an outdoor camera to see what he was up against and an inside monitor to look at. That could have saved his life.

The lesson learned is the SO needs their own swat team has a lot more to do with why he got shot than anything the victim did.

    And the attempted cover-up.

    This is kind of sickening.

Was not talking about anyone in particular but you see this in every gun forum. Hell I even agree with you, if I have any encounter with LEO,my whole mindset is "don't get shot by the cops." I mean why is it that I have to worry about the police accidentally shooting me for moving my hands the wrong way during a traffic stop just as much as I am trying to "not get shot" by someone mugging me at gunpoint. So if I feel like the danger of getting accidentally shot by LEO is equal to that of getting shot by a mugger at gun point doesnt that mean there is something fundamentally wrong with the way LEO and civilians interact?

And thats why this stuff keeps happening. Remember the cop who gunned down the kid in the hallway by making him crawl on this hands and knees and do twister commands then executed when he tried to pull his pants up by filling him in point blank with his AR? Yeah that guy might never wear a badge again him but hes walking free working in construction somewhere. What about the cops who dropped the guy coming out of his bedroom with a golf club from across the living room because he heard some guys in his house, yep completely justified shooting since he had "a weapon", still working carrying a badge.

How about this, we disarm all cops and only issue weapons permits to a few "qualified" officers on a "shall issue" basis like in blue states. Or we allow all cops and civilians to carry unrestricted like in some red states since its pretty obvious they aren't any better at lethal force encounters than your average civilian. Sounds fair to you? Not like this rules for thee but not for me LEO only bull$hit. Equal gun rights for civilians and LEO is all I ask since cops and civilians are both just "regular people" who make mistakes according to people who justify bad shoots.

    .
Who made the decision for everything to unfold in the wee hours of the morning to reduce the chances of him having a clearer head?
