Reason being that the 'pole cam' thing that caught all of that on video had a big ass blue light on top of it where EVERYONE could see it and know darn well it was there...

All of the police cameras like that here are lit up like that. No chance of not being able to see one and know you are possibly being recorded.

No doubt their defense will push hard for the trial not taking place in Memphis and for legit reasons. Whether a judge grants that one is another matter.

These guys are also headed for federal trouble too. I just don’t see any scenario beyond intentional prosecutorial incompetence that don’t end up with these clowns drawing social security shortly after their release from prison.
