    I’ve actually never had Alumahyde glob. I always shake the absolute shit out of it, while heating the can with the heat gun. It also helps to have a new nozzle for every project. I totally agree about the preval sprayers. They suck! I used to work in an industry that used them daily, and I hated them.
    I’ve always wanted an airbrush, but I have three sheds full of shit I barely use already. And, I already have the Alumahyde.

    I have had good luck with a space heater and a cardboard box...

    Part hung inside a box on it's side and a space heater about 18" away blowing towards the box.
