I have a 12" Centurion Arms C4 quad picatiny rail in Sig grey cerakote (done by Centurion Arms when I ordered it). This rail is like new. I replaced it with a C4 Mlok of the same rail, also in Sig grey cerakote. These rails sell for $310 on the CA store page, and cerakote adds an additional $85 for a total of $395 if you were to order one today. This is an excellent high quality quad picatiny rail that uses the standard barrel nut for attachment, yet is super strong. I am asking $249 shipped to the lower 48.
