Operation Sea Spray

I’ve never heard of this until I picked it up reading a fiction e-book recently so I had to see if it was real. Not surprising considering the other nefarious “operations” I’ve read about but this got me thinking about our government allowing the ChiComs to fly a balloon across our country. Spreading a biological weapon (or dry run to see if it was possible) is one explanation among others.

I donÂ’t have links, but there was a similar operation in New York City. In this test, bacteria was released in one section of subway tunnels to see CBRN risks would spread though out the city. With subways carrying millions of people, the first measure was seeing how fast Patient 0 could spread an infectious disease.

The name sounded familiar, so I did a web search. "SeaSpray" was a covert operations unit back in the 1980's and I recall that there was a mention of it on the evening news back then. Evidently it's morphed into something less newsworthy nowadays. Wikipedia entry:

IMO every single Mengele involved in this should be rounded up, tried and sentenced to life as test subjects for anyone who wants to experiment upon them.
