Excellent+ condition. I bought this new last month as an impulse buy. Steel frame Staccato P Optic Ready with threaded 1/2 x 28 black DLC barrel and Tac texture grip. I added a Threat Cadre Comp and Dawson RMR Plate. I've put maybe 200 rounds through this since purchase and it's worked flawlessly. Total cost was around $3200 (not counting tax). The Comp is currently red loctited on, and will require heat to remove (maybe a few mag dumps?). Comes with bag, all paperwork, thread protector, original rear sight, and 2 mags (17 & 20). I'm keeping one of the 17 rounders. I've owned a lot of Staccato's (still have 3 others), and this is one of the tightest & nicest I've owned.
