I checked the 3 companies mentioned so far with negative results.
I found this one but I'm not sure it will fit mil-spec buffer tube adapter because it seems proprietary for Canto Arms stuff.

This says .22. Not sure if it would work for your purpose, but if it’s aluminum and the threads are correct it might.
