What Holster For A HK45 Tactical...?

Got lucky and just scored one.

Now I need a holster, seems like only custom makers have one. Just looking for a paddle holster with retention. Looks like the Safariland 578 GLS Pro-Fit should work but I need to know exactly which size to get, they ALL mention Glocks.

Also the HK45 Tactical has taller suppressor sights so I need the right one.

Using their holster finder and assuming RH black the SKU is 118943 Part # 578-83-411. All my SF holsters have had a sight path capable of accepting suppressor height sights and that same holster accepts an RMR optic so it should be GTG there. Although, I think I'd look at their 6378, there is also the 7378, I always preferred the fit on a 6000 series.

Probably the only HK pistol I own that I don't have a holster for.......DeSantis leather is my go to but sadly they don't appear to be stocking that model pistol.

Best I could come up with is these guys, with whom I have no experience, but pickings are slim for that model. They appear similar to DeSantis and some have retention.

Ok, that gets me headed in the right direction. Thanks.

Great gun, on another note. If it doesn’t have a short reset for the trigger, it makes a world of difference. I think SF land does make the best retention from what I’ve seen. But you might look into Hammer armament or Tier 1 might have a nice one. Been very happy with their holsters. Edit: they don’t make HK45 holsters.

S-Aug, congrats on a great 45. Shot mine this weekend. Very nice gun and somebody did some amazing trigger job on mine.

I mainly want it for a dedicated suppressor handgun in .45 since I'm never gonna pay what a Mark 23 costs. I missed out on getting a threaded barrel for my FNP-45 or that would have been a great setup.

I had the FNP before FNX was a thing. Bought a threaded barrel and ran a ti-rant 45 and it ran so damn good. Loved that gun, so I did what every idiot does and sells the gun. Perfect. But I do have an HK45 again ( sold my first with threaded barrel, again…) and might get threaded for it.

Also, I had a leather holster maker , make me a holster for my 45, maybe get one custom made. Guy named Rocky in Phx made it.

My FFL price was $759 plus shipping. That's a screaming deal.
