If you mean truing, there should be no difference between doing on an M4E1 relative to any other. I tried a sans FA standard Aero a while back, along with shimming the barrel. Shoots better than me.

I’ve used Brownells tool on UR’s a few times. Didn’t seem to make much difference in accuracy; a 2 MOA Barrel was still a 2 MOA upper.
Barrel and ammo is where I go if looking for a legit Precision gun, but I completely understand the OC/Anal mindset.
I go there frequently.

Same experience here. I have the kit, but don't even check it anymore.

Well, the Enhanced version is not a std M4E1, hence why I was asking.

I have no idea what the barrel/receiver interface looks like on Aero’s Enhanced uppers. Been a long time since I even saw them mentioned.

The Enhanced accepts std AR barrel extensions.

Like always, Pros & Cons. It takes the std hanguard mounting stress off of the barrel nut interface, and nut no longer needs to be timed for gas tube. However, Enhanced only accepts limited bigger/heavier handguards.

Never looked in to how those go together. Looks like it would be possible to do if the OD of the facing tool is smaller than the ID of the rail mount.
