I picked this up from a local shop for a project, but decided to go a different route. It looks to be like new, and I'm not sure it was ever used other than to test fire? Some handling marks. BCM 14.5" SOCOM barrel upper. NO CH or BCG. Removable A2 flash hider. This is an NFA or Pistol upper, not 16 inches long. See pics for barrel markings.
