So they covered up Feinsteins mental health for years...?

They had to restructure the entire way she was met by people and staff was afraid she would speak to reporters.

For the past few years, Feinstein's staff felt it necessary to ensure the senator is never alone when she walks around the Capitol, sources told Rolling Stone.
Jamarcus Purley, a former staff member fired last February for work performance issues, told the magazine that Feinstein's office developed the system without her knowing.
"They will not let her leave by herself, but she doesn't even know it," Purley said.

Are they afraid of the repercussions of forcing her out? I mean it's only a tiny step forward from this and we push out the "Big Guy".

Democrats insist that President Joe Biden, who turns 81 this year, isn’t too old for a second term.
But another Democrat undercuts their argument.
Nobody likes to talk about getting older.
And because we live in sensitive times, the idea that age can affect a person’s abilities is abhorrent.
No one is supposed to be too old for a job.
Yet Dianne Feinstein obviously is too old for her job as a United States senator.
Progressives are the first to admit it.
Even they consider competence more important than anti-discrimination scruples when something they care about is on the line.
A Democratic majority in the Senate, and on the Senate Judiciary Committee, is of the utmost importance to them.
So Sen. Feinstein, who turns 90 next month, must go.

Hmmm; This might be Joe's "Et Tu Brute" moment?

I'm pretty sure insanity is a prerequisite for being in the Democrat Party these days.

I think this is more of a gradual loss of cognative ability. Having said that, "Who's been voting for her?" is a great question.
Once that "Pandora's Box" is opened, it can't be closed again can it?
Because we've all seen video evidence that the POTUS has surpassed his ability to walk alone, speak for himself or ride a bicycle, let alone govern.
This is a can of worms.

Did it for Ginsberg, why not.
It's hard to be a ACLU hating, philosophically Libertarian, socially liberal, fiscally conservative, scientifically grounded, agnostic, porn admiring gun owner who believes in self determination.

    Chuck, we miss ya man.

NO ONE should be allowed to hold office after age 70, maybe at most 72. Spare me the age is just number bullshit, or I'm 65 and and best health ever crap. If one is a slender, fit individual with intact mental acuity, and mobile ,those 70 -72 year olds then it might be acceptable, but never older than 72. Ideally 68.

They’ve been cheating for years. Now they do it openly with impunity on a national scale.
