First thought; “Oh, niiice. You continually shift support hand to change magnification.” Hard pass.
Give me a VFG or KAG, let me anchor the support hand/arm- for support, and rok on.
I can’t remember EVER dialing scope up/down/up while solving a shooting problem. Any change in magnification was a “one and done” deal.
A true "Gun Guy" (or gal) should have familiarity and a modicum of proficiency with most all firearms platforms.

I see potential here. Add a few more levers that remotely activate the safety lever, trigger and charging handle and you'll have no reason to ever quit stroking your foreend.
Why have a lever that actuates a device when you could have a lever that actuates a lever that actuates a device instead?

When they get to Gen 3 that protects the cables and removes snag hazards, and 3 gunners are killing stages with it, everyone will change their minds.
It looks like a good way to snag things but a good way to adjust magnification while maintaining all three points of contact on the firearm.
After all, if Travis Haley made a video with it, it must be good.
