I like mark5pt56's take best. Getting off the X is priority number 1, and at the range in the photo, you're close enough to where the distance you cover is a relatively larger angle for the shooter to cover.
Because of proximity of the shooter, and him having a long gun, my first move after saying something to disrupt his OODA loop would be to duck low and push off equally hard left and towards the shooter. I would probably try to deflect the shotgun towards the right and away from me with my left hand as I close distance, and draw with my right. If I was actually able to get my pistol in my hand without compromising myself, I would point shoot from the hip until I saw the desired response in the guy. May end up transitioning to both hands if possible with shots continuing until threat was ceased.
Alternately, if my gun was already in my hand at the beginning of the confrontation, I would move left and towards, circling the guy while trying to shoot and keep moving towards his back. CNS shots are king, but given how fast things would be happening, I'd just be happy to be getting torso hits.
