"Intelligence officials say...."
51 top intelligence officials signed a letter saying the Hunter laptop story had "all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation."
Look, if they had it, why wouldn't Biden call a Press Confrence, announce it and bask in two weeks of glory before Americans forgot about it?
Suddenly the most inept and incompetant President becomes a Hero.
In other words it's all BS.
Yeah, I hear ya...... much as I think there's something to it, I can count on no hands the number of times "they" have said anything that wasn't either a bald-faced lie or partial truth spun like a Kershaw curve ball. Bottom line, they need to come out with hard evidence that can be examined or STFU already.

“Those who do not view armed self defense as a basic human right, ignore the mass graves of those who died on their knees at the hands of tyrants.”
I'd be more convinced if it actually said anything extraordinary.
"But the first recognized interstellar object actually impacted Earth in January 2014. The forthcoming expedition of the Galileo Project to the Pacific Ocean aims to discover whether this interstellar meteor, IM1, was a craft from an extraterrestrial civilization. The reason for considering an artificial origin of this half-meter-sized object is that it was tougher in material strength than all other 272 meteors in the CNEOS catalog of NASA, and was formally recognized as having an interstellar origin at the 99.999% confidence in an official letter from the US Space Command to NASA on March 1, 2022."
So they found the strongest interstellar meteor so far and have made a giant leap that could equate to some kind of alien craft.
But thankfully, they already said it for me.
"Nevertheless, as a scientist who is guided by evidence I must bring up a cautionary remark: there are no scientific details in this report. I can only assess the significance of open data or materials to which I have direct access."
It's hard to be a ACLU hating, philosophically Libertarian, socially liberal, fiscally conservative, scientifically grounded, agnostic, porn admiring gun owner who believes in self determination.
Chuck, we miss ya man.

It's not what was said per se, but who said it. It's that scientist of his stature and position to talk about the topic openly that way is more extraordinary than you appreciate or realize. There's (finally!) been a major paradigm shift when someone like him is now part of a project like that and it's not a career ender for him to do so.
