    Costco Plastic Totes for ammo.

PB's wife grabbed these Nam grade totes at "the Costco". Pretty good way to haul ammo in your vehicle!

Haven't seen those at my local, thought you were talking about the black and yellow HDX ones. Double them up and they make a decent ad hoc cooler for water at the range.

Are those .308 sized or .50?

These are fatter than a Mil 762 can, but not as big as a 50 cal can. We normally have various cans falling all over the back of the truck. This set up will make it nice. I think it was only $20

I got the same ones off Amazon. They work very well for the cost. I like the try. That is nice.

TIP: I have a bungee cord over the top to hold them in for travel.
In no way do I make any money from anyone related to the firearms industry.

We may do that too. Usually 600 of PB's guns are on top of the ammo however.

These are great! I bought 2 sets last year and they have been solid. We went back to grab more and they were all gone. Haven’t had any issues with them shifting in transport, but the drive to the range isn’t too rough. May give that a try.

    Happy Costco brought it back

And, if I read correctly, they are made in USA.

    Gonna order a few.

They work well. Another option if you have a lot of metal cans already are the MTM trays:

These also work great. I have 6 of them and getting ready to order more.

I have lots of the old GI metal cans, most of them acquired for free... It's hard to think of a better design.

Once they're full of ammo, though, I wouldn't want to carry three of them at once!
