The only upside to all this bullshit is that they seem to be loosing in federal court and once this all ends up on Clarence Thomas’s desk he’s not going to be a very happy camper.
Hopefully he breaks it off in the ATF’s ass.

Funny how the emphasis went from passing "universal background checks" to just rule by the desk in the form of ATF rule changes. Shows they know that they can't get any legislation passed, but also that they don't really care. If they take the guns, and worry about do process later, the end result is the same.

The selling guns in their original packaging is kind of interesting. At least in used photography gear, Inclusion of the original boxes is a sign that the camera and gear were not stolen.
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.
It's that simple.
