Their historical strategy, keep shoving more meat into the grinder until the other guy runs out of his own trying to keep up. A hallmark of incompetent strategy IMO - yes, attrition has a place, but only when done carefully rather than just throwing lives away drowning the enemy in your own blood.

Yup, and not only in Europe or in recent history either. I seem to recall one wackadoodle Chinese ruler centuries ago whose idea of "demonstrating resolve" was to order the men in the front rank to kill THEMSELVES...

Per VOA, the Scranton Army Ammunition Plant is now producing more than 36,000 155mm shells per month.

Before 2022, the plant produced roughly 7,000 shells per month; the Army aimed to hit 35,000 shells per month by 2027. SCAAP beat that goal by over two years.
