They're not bringing them in. Zenith is making these completely in the US.

There has been zero market demand for a more modernized 5.56x45 roller lock rifle because one hasn't existed. A clone of an older model would sell some because it would fill a collector niche, but demand would drop off after the collectors bought what they wanted. This design, in theory, has the potential to be picked up by law enforcement because it has modern features that the historic designs just don't have. The assumption of reliability aside, which would you rather have in a SHTF situation?

Given Zenith’s rumored collaboration with Todd Bailey, I’d bet this is a Bailey creation. Pass.

LOL, it does sort of have that SP-10 look don't it.

But the smart money is on this bad boy coming from Tactical Bobcat Training Academy soon.

It's hard to be a ACLU hating, philosophically Libertarian, socially liberal, fiscally conservative, scientifically grounded, agnostic, porn admiring gun owner who believes in self determination.

    Chuck, we miss ya man.

I’d rather have a HK33 clone. It’s proven enough for me. The other one is completely new and has nothing I want.

None of the above. Give me an DI AR all day long...

Also, without have any familiarity with the design, the G41 appears to have all modern features (free float barrel, last shot bolt hold open, STANAG mags, ability to accept modular handguards, etc..). Sure they could weld a Pic rail on top for icing on the cake and the G41 clone would be awesome. That said, the G41 may have been a a massive disaster in real life, I don't know. It got dropped pretty quick.

I agree, but don’t like to limit myself to what’s best. I appreciate and enjoy shooting most guns. If my life depended on it, I’d pick what was best for the situation.

The HK33 weighs over 8lbs. This one weighs about a pound less, which is a plus. "Ounces equal pounds, and pounds equal pain" as they say. Also, the barrel (according to the link provided above) will be CHF and either chrome lined or nitrided. I prefer either (more so the chrome lined) as opposed to an unlined or untreated barrel. It wouldn't be a Camp Perry or SOTIC weapon so any "loss of accuracy" wouldn't impact the end use.....reliability and durability would be preferred over shooting a gnat's ass off at 600m!

I'm highly interested in modernized and further development of the roller or bearing delayed system. I'm looking forward to the ZF56 and also the PTR 63.

How does it compare to a standard AR sbr when it comes to suppressor blow back?
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

    It's that simple.

No idea they are not out yet.

In 9mm a delayed blowback system is much more suppressor friendly than a straight blowback.

However, in a 5.56 it could cause some issues? But, then again we now have all these low back pressure cans.
