IMO if you commit or suborn perjury as part of a prosecution, you should be sentenced to twice whatever sentence you put on the defendant, NO parole. #MakeSpectacularExamples
    Where was the perjury?

I keep seeing the same claims made about the police chief committing perjury and deserving prison time for it. That's particularly interesting versus a frequent response to an le lying in their official capacity of "maybe they should be added to the Brady List".

So, either would suck to live anywhere near.
You're really reaching out there to make him look like a POS, aren't you?
He's more likely to be trying to do his job and at every turn gets to arrest the same dirt bags day in and out and if not the exact same ones a carbon copy of the last one.

He was engaging in criminal acts too so that isn't reaching.

What was his job? Only enforcing the law on others?

    That's fine.

So are there any laws Derek Chauvin and colleagues should have to obey or should they just be able to do anything they want?

Floyd's life of crime was an illustration of a man determined to be imprisoned or get a ride to the morgue. Criticizing the police isn't going to change that.

The common denominator in most all these type high-profile media ratings bonanzas is resisting. Garner is no exception. The 43-year-old daddy of six (sigh) had reportedly been arrested over 30 times, including assault and resisting arrest.

Physically resisting a police officer is serious business. A ride to the hospital or morgue should be considered as possible outcomes. Choose wisely.
