Is a shark fin OK on a pistol?

Like the title says: is it a vert grip or an "angled foregrip" or is it left unknown so the bubbas can tack on a charge?

    Thanks.

I believe the restriction is on "vertical" foregrips. A handstop and angle foregrips fall outside the definition of what is restricted.

If you look at something like a SP-89 it has a handstop and was imported as a handgun.

But if you install a K grip on the same, you have manufactured an AOW. That said I think angled foregrips get one into arm brace territory, they SHOULD be ok but you never know what this ATF is gonna do even if you follow their definitions.

Angled foregrips have always been ok.

But I do agree with what the above poster said. You really never know what the ATF is going to do next.
