    Mosin model ID?

Anyone have an idea what type of Mosin this is? Did a search online can’t seem to find any variant that looks like this with short uncovered barrel and this type of front sight.

Home brew chopped stock and aftermarket sight. You can see the original sling slot in the stock and an aftermarket one bolted to the bottom. I’m VERY rusty on my Mosin info, but that should be a Izhevsk hex receiver manufactured in 1931 with a rear sight calibrated in arshins. Barrel length on a 91 is 31 1/2” and 91/30 is 28 3/4” if I remember correctly.
