So I picked up my Silencerco Velos yesterday. While looking it over I noticed something interesting. The first baffle hole is perfectly round. All of the rest of them are shaped like a keymod hole, albeit less pronounced. Any ideas?

These are called clipped baffles and are common for standard supressors. It disrupts the gas flow.
I thought that was a 3d printed design, so there may be more going on with your supressor.
