Not seeing a Poly Receiver holding up on a Lever Gun, at least on a centerfire gun; the lever pinning itself to frame would wallow out in pretty short order, depending on design the locking lugs will likely directly bear on poly receiver, which locks bolt under recoil.

Mill or flat? No matter what, this thing needs to be something a monkey can build with hand tools and off-the-shelf parts, ideally many not even GUN parts, for maximum sticking-it to the "let's ban even parts" crowd.

The lever is a big brass knuckles sort of thing with a skull knob at the bottom rear. A giant muzzle brake, so big you'd never get a bayonet over it so there's a built-in a switchblade bayonet. I'mo stop before I make myself hurl... :-)
