Some people really don't have anything more important to do. Right now thousands of people are trying to get everyone else to stop eating McDonalds because they saw a video of IDF troops eating Big Macs. That really is all they have going on in their life.
I also now sorta get how an entire population of 20th century people could rally behind the likes of Stalin, Hitler and Mao. It took me a long time to understand huge populations really could be that enthusiastically wrong about nearly everything. Makes me wish that "human extinction project" was more in vogue with the left.

I never got any of these cool 'special' messages, but a month or so back I got a weird message from someone interested in some stuff I was selling.
Same sort of MO - just joined up that month, zero posts, zero comment history, terrible ability to formulate a coherent message, odd username.
Wish I'd have saved the username, but figured it was a scam and deleted the PM.
