The manufacturing economy is; meh. Not good, not bad- but it’s hard to gauge since even 2019 was an odd year, and then COVID funding has warped everything since. Hard to figure out what ‘normal’ means. Housing starts suck, even as there seems to be a housing shortage. Odd times, and as baby-boomers exit the workforce, and Gen X being smaller, things are not going back to 2013-2018 anytime soon.
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.
It's that simple.

Not that I don't think California is broke, but unfunded liabilities are a bogus tactic anytime they're quoted.
Imagine if as a young family with one or two kids you were measured by "unfunded liabilities" of the future cost of raising the children, college, your retirement, and the last years of your life.
Raising kids is the single largest expense adult deal with. Yet you don't see them (or similar) on credit reports as unfunded liabilities.
