Gabe Tauscher tells the story of the gun fight where he was ambushed by his girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend and shot 15 times with 45 ACP (believed to be Hornady Critical Defense JHP). Of the many places he was shot was in his dominate (left) arm. Carrying an HK VP9 at the 9 o’clock he had to draw with his right hand upside down. He short the assailant holding the VP9 upside down pulling the trigger with his pinkie finger. Definitely a good reason to carry with one in the chamber.
