    Basic technique books and DVD's

I am new to AR's. I have been shooting pistols in USPSA for several years now and am currently in "B" class "Limited", but I have no idea what I am doing with an AR. What are some good resources out there for learning proper techniques (stance, hold, movement etc...) Looking for good books or even better DVD's. Also, an info on the forum or Internet would be great.

    Thanks

Second that. The Jim Crews manuals are pretty good too. But professional
training under an experienced eye is what really can't be replaced by
    home study.

As far as DVD’s go the Magpul Dynamics set is great. Another good one is Thunder Ranch Urban Rifle. If your looking for something IPSC related you could try Practical Shooting: the AR-15 by Matt Burkett.

The last two can be rented from Smartflix.
