If you want to be fair, one was in office and the other was not. I never criticized anything Bill Clinton did as a private citizen, but when you hold elected office it is abuse of power and nothing else. Furthermore if you had Trump doing any of the things in the Biden photo's, he'd have already been impeached.In all fairness.
