You know what I like best about most people?
Their dogs.
Seven year-old granddaughter: Grandpa did you hear about the kidnapping this morning?
Me: No, was it on the news? What happened?
Her: He woke up.
She thought it was hilarious.
The thought of a little kid giggling made me laugh.
Behind this grouchy "give me a reason to end you" persona is a guy that admittedly has a weakness.
Heard kids laughing across the street that made me laugh.
Driving to work and saw two kids sitting on one skate board riding it down a hill. Laughing and giggling hysterically all the way. I instantly busted out.
Maybe it's getting older. I don't really know.
Just saw this response. Yeah, I really enjoy watching kids have fun. Amazing, the first kids I coached in softball at our church are in college now. Some high school kid came up to me at the grocery store and asked if I was his first rec league b-ball coach - I was.
If I knew how much I would enjoy it, I'd have gotten old sooner.
^^^^I want!
Love it!
