I think these will sell well for you.
I hope so too, as long as everyone uses a Vltor block. Actually it probably fits some other blocks I just don't have them around to try. I know it needs a little bit of filing to fit a YHM block.

    Thanks for the comments.

Oh, I sent the jigs over to Rainier today. Priority Flat Rate. The mail lady was impressed.

    Thumbs up

    Awesome. Just awesome.

I always wondered why nobody did this, but shrugged it off and just went with the "chopping the original FSB is the best way to go..." school of thought.

Glad you actually went ahead and put your idea into action. Looks great.

    Hey guys,
I'm about to order one of these jigs. Has anyone tried it on a KAC low pro GB? (as seen on the IWS E3 rifles)???
I THINK the YHM MIGHT be the one that looks almost identical to the KAC GB, but I cannot be totally sure.
Here is a link showing them, and now that I look at them again, I see the KAC has a wider base than the VLTOR, PRI and YHM/etc, all of which DO look very similar.
Seems the KAC might promote an issue, and a lot of filing (sold my BP mill damnit)

Anyhow, I just thought I'd ask to see what you guys thought about the KAC GB fit into this jig?
Secondly, isn't Noveske using a single 2/0 taper pin too?
If so, then is it safe to assume the Colt taper pins I've always used are 1/0?
I have a bunch of items to order from either McMaster or MSC, and I'd prefer to save on shipping, and just order some taper pins from them, IF I can get the exact same size that Colt uses on their FSB's...
Are the Colt's 1/0, or a custom Colt size?

Is that "dimple jig" available as well? Didn't see it as an option at Rainier.
I was thinking on marking the set screw hole locations on the barrel and drilling the dimples. What size drill bit would be best?
    Thanks

I'm working on some right now for Rainier and Bravo. The jig uses a 11/64" bit.

I have all my jig instructions on my own site now.

I'd like one of the dimpling tools too! The pinning tool works great.

I've got 30 Vltor/LaRue pattern and 20 Stag/YHM pattern ready for park that are going to Rainier.

I've also got 60 Vltor/LaRue that are going to Bravo. I just need time to work on them.

    Thanks!
