    liar, for sure.

    They KNOW they're lying, an Idiot doesnt always know they're an idiot.

    gotta go with liars.

    with idiots, they can be educated and trained to become liars.

    liars know the difference between right and wrong, and make a conscious decision to tell an untruth.

    As I have told my kids, I can forgive them for being stupid. Idiots can be well intentioned and can usually learn. On the other hand once that trust is lost it is nearly impossible to get back. So to me being a liar is far worse.

    Suppose it depends on how you attribute the question. In your example. I agree. In what I deal with everyday... I'd rather deal with people who lie over people act idiotic. Since... idiocy can get me killed.
