    Wow, that 4 Layer Denim result for the Gold Dot is pretty much a disaster...I know several people who carry that load...will have to let 'em know its limitations...

    The Gold Dots seem to be a bit hit or miss in the different weights and calibers...many, like the 124 gr 9mm, and the 230 gr .45 work great, but if I recall correctly, the 200gr+p .45 ACP is also prone to the sort of plugging/failures in the denim test that this .44 sp load seems to show...perhaps this 200 gr .44 special projectile is a close relative of that disappointing 200gr .45
