    Under Folder Question

This week I'll receive my first AK, an Arsenal SAS M7 7.62 Milled Underfolder. Can't wait to join the dark side...

As the usual neewbe, I've searched the entire web looking for mags, bayonets, and all the stuff to make this rifle REALLY EVIL.

I have only one question (for now) that I just did not find ansewer anywere: can I change the front and rear sling attachments to the "wrong" side to convert it in a lefty AK? Lets say move the rear sling attachment to the right side and get a new front handguard "metal attachment piece" (sorry, dont know the correct name ) with the ring in the right side. What do you think? The handguard is the plastic one, in case this helps.

Any input with this subject will be GREATLY appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

NO you must conform with your comrades and become right handed.

Nope. But I'm sure with a little para cord you could rig something up.

Are we sure those parts can't be pulled and used in the opposite direction? I thought about this once before...

I think it seemed it could be done on my UF Polish.

I'm afraid that's it. There is no "left hand" handguard retainer plate for a swivel on the right side.

I can't see it happening with the rear either.

    Welcome to the darkside Tovaritch!
