Converted Uzi mags in Colt 9mm ar

I am thinking of buying a number of converted Uzi mags to use in Colt 9mm rifle. Have others used them? Besides not holding the bolt open, are there any reliability downsides to these magazines or do they tend to work as well as OEM Colt magazines?

I have a few dozen of the converted Uzi mags that we use in two Rock Rivers and a custom-built carbine. If the mags were converted to spec, you should have no problems. We've had more problems with the newer Colt mags (plastic followers) and C Products mags than we've ever had with the converted Uzi mags. Currently all we use are the converted Uzi mags and a bunch of the old style Colt mags. We got rid of the newer Colt and C Products mags.
