The price of liberty is, always has been, and always will be blood: The person who is not willing to die for his liberty has already lost it to the first scoundrel who is willing to risk dying to violate that person's liberty! Are you free?

I purchased a suppressor on 4/9. I was done as an efile trust and my check still hasn't been cashed. Should I call and check on it or give it a little more time? This is my first suppressor, so I'm not sure how long things should take.
You didn't mail in duplicate form 4's? you used the computer? I don't think efiling is up for form 4.

Sorry, I efiled a form 1 today; must have had that on my mind. The shop took care of everything so they must have mailed in the forms.
ok, got it. Yes, seems like a long time. My last submission I mailed in, the ATF charged my credit card within 2 days of receiving my forms. That was mid march. Maybe check with the shop first, then call the ATF.

Thanks. I'll give them a call tomorrow.
Form 4 via trust- SiCo spectre II
Mailed 4-25-16
Credit card charged 4-27-16
Waiting on a form 3 from Crux to local ffl and then form 4....entering week 2 of that wait.
I can't recall but I'm 99% sure that check/payment cashed does not mean it's pending...correct?
Also, no way to track a paper form 4 correct?

Just called the LGS and they said they mailed everything and recommended I call the NFA branch. Spoke with a lady there and she told me to call back if the check hasn't been cashed in 9 weeks. Is there no way to pay with a credit card on a Form 4? I imagine credit card would speed the process up quite a bit.
Yes. It's page 3.
Even if you're using an older form, you can send in a copy of page 3 of the current F4 and pay by CC.
But, I've never had a check take more than a week to be cashed. Just make sure you're looking for a $200 transaction and not looking for a check number to clear. It still may take weeks before the SN shows up in their system, but payment is almost always quick.
