I'd think the rush subsided immediately following the deadline somewhat. Hopefully anyway
I'm thinking the two weeks on the can I bought before these and the one I already received my stamp will translate into 2 to 3 months. They sent paperwork all over the country to third party help that seems to be translating into chaos. I have for the most part quit hoping today is the day. Just for my mental health.

I despise the atf but people also lost their damn minds over 41f. It wasn't that freaking apocalyptic...
I submitted for a Form 1 approval right before the deadline. By the way everything sounds I may be dead from natural causes by the time it gets here.

NFA Tracker shows that March submissions have been coming back approved since August.
Don't know if that makes you feel any better or not....
Thanks for the encouragement but I'm sure there was enough of a rush at the end to add a good year to the wait time.
I filed a Form 1 with a trust for an SBR stamp only. I did not file for a can. Don't know if that makes a difference on turnaround times for Form 1's only but it would be nice if I could get it back approved in 5 months.
We need to seriously get moving on changing the SBR and can regs before we hopefully move on to repealing the full-auto ban of 1986.
