05 Apr 2016 - Received email from Silencer Shop that ATF cashed check on 01 Apr 2016.
15 Apr 2016 - Form 3 approved to transfer suppressor to local shop.
19 Aug 2016 - Went to local shop to fondle suppressor.
12 Sep 2016 - Called NFA branch. Was told that Form 4 is still in a pending status.
15 Nov 2016 - Got a call from the local shop this morning. Stamp is in. Picking up the can this afternoon.
Fantastic! I have a Dead Air Ghost that was cashed on 4/12. Hopefully get some good news within the next month.
I have two Form 4s on my trust pending. Checks cashed on June 23 & July 15. I'm thinking January and February. What do you guys think?
Also, I was worried about the one cashed on July 15, but my dealer told me that ATF stated as long as it was postmarked before the change they would except it. Is that what everyone else has heard?

yes, the postmark date is what's important. They probably wouldn't have cashed the check if you sent it in after the change without the requisite fingerprint cards and whatever else is now needed.
I'm thinking Feb/March, for the july submissions anyway. solid 8 months. The ATF got hammered with submissions the last few weeks before the change.
