Still waiting on two Trust Form 4s. The checks were cashed June 23rd and July 15.
Sorry for the quick thread drift, but what items does a 5320.20 have to be filed for? Is it just the short stuff or cans also?

Still just crickets... I'm getting impatient...
The 5320.20 is the form one uses to apply for permission from Big Brother to transport your privately owned property (NFA items, excluding suppressors) across state lines. So if you're moving, or simply visiting someone in a state other than the one in which your NFA item is registered, you need to submit this form and receive approval to do so prior to transporting your property. A separate form is required for each state you wish to take your NFA item to. Swell, aye?

I was thinking this week end that the slow down was caused by the deluge of submissions prior to July 13. Then I got to wondering... if new submissions will require more BG checks for more people per Trust.... isn't that actually going to slow down the entire process even more? Seems like it would.
Yes and that was one of the gripes voiced when they instituted that ridiculous change to the law but you have to ask; "Who was large and in charge of the POTUS back then"?
I am one of those that submitted the first week of July before the deadline. Unfortunately I do not expect to see that stamp until May or even June of this year.
